  7. WiseBar is a Program Manager replacement with enhanced security features. 
  8. It takes on a form similar to that of the Windows 95 Task Bar, hiding at 
  9. the bottom of the screen when not needed and popping up to do its job when 
  10. called upon.

  12. Designed with flexible security features such as individual password
  13. protection for the contents of the Start button, WiseBar is not just
  14. another 16-bit version of the Windows 95 Task Bar.  It plugs security
  15. loopholes that have been the bane of Windows 3.x system administrators and
  16. users alike.

  18. Fully customizable and supports multiple configurations for multiple
  19. users on one single computer.  With the fully backward-forward compatible 
  20. WiseBar configuration format (CFG files), WiseBar can serve up an unlimited
  21. variation of configuration on one personal computer.  Simply put, WiseBar 
  22. gives the phrase 'personal computing' a whole new meaning.

  25. used Windows 95, WiseBar is pretty much the same Windows shell.  If you have
  26. not used the Windows 95 Task Bar before, there is a on-line step by step
  27. tutorial included in the comprehensive and context-sensitive help file to 
  28. give you more than a jump start.
